He was the editor of Bombay Gin in (1990-1992), Landing Signals: A Sacramento Poetry Anthology (1986), Measured Steps: An Anthology of Interviews with Poets and Writers (2007) and Conversations Interview Series Vols 1-6 (2004-2007). He is the recipient of multiple awards from the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission. He collaborated as one director, writer and editor for the documentary film “I Began to Speak”.
